NEW WAVE RECORD SET OFF DONEGAL COAST

first_imgA NEW record has been set off the Donegal coast, Met Eireann has announced.The M4 Donegal Buoy measured a record Significant Wave Height (SWH) of 15.7m at 11:00am today, where Significant Wave Height is the term given to the average height of the highest third of the waves over a period.The previous highest SWH was 15.2m recorded earlier this year on January 26th.
